It's a wrap! Our first volunteer season has come to a close, and we'll be working on improvements over the next few months to prepare for the 2026 season.

Activities will resume in May, and we'll continue to offer at least three different opportunities per month to volunteer at the Worthy farm, landscape and Franklin's Corner Community Garden. These will be easy, informative, 1.5 hour sessions geared towards learning new skills you can share with friends and family: plant, pollinator and pest ID; seeding, thinning and harvesting edible crops; pruning and deadheading; weed control; watering and fertilizing techniques. We'll provide the training and equipment, as well as fun conversation and information about growing food and native plants in the high desert.
