Worthy Garden Club is seeking an Executive Director to lead our growing nonprofit and help advance our mission of connecting people with the natural world through advocacy, action and education.

The Executive Director provides organizational leadership, oversees programs and operations, builds community partnerships, supports fundraising and development, and works closely with the board, staff, volunteers and community members to bring WGC’s vision to life.

Our current Executive Director, Lisa Sanco, will be stepping back from the position to spend more time with family, but will be sticking around to support on-campus programming, community projects and new employee onboarding.
